Washing Instructions:

Due to the popularity of the earthing sheets, we are constantly asked “how do we wash our earthing fabric without damaging it”.
Well, the brief answer is simple, all you need to do is follow the instructions below to ensure you continue to benefit from the earthing sheets. Wash a minimum of twice a month using the washing machine. Wash in warm water, this helps to strip away the body sweat and natural body oils. Line dry the earthing sheet or put it in the dryer on low if needed but line drying is the preferred and safer option. DO NOT use oxi-detergent, fabric softeners or liquid detergents containing essential oils or Eucalyptus. DON'T apply lotions or body oils at least one hour before bed.
